- $170.00—Initial Intake (60 minutes)
- $160.00—Individual Sessions (45 minutes)
- $160.00-170.00 – follow up meetings/meetings with outside agencies (dependant on the time)
Payment is due the day before or the day of each face-to-face, online, or telephone therapy/consultation session. A receipt will be issued once payment has been received.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you must give 24 hours notice via text or email. Your full session fee will be charged for missed appointments or no-show cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. If you are late for your scheduled session, your session will end at the time it was scheduled to end.
Payments can be made via cash, cheque, and e-Transfers.
As we are both registered therapists, you may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please check your provider for more information.
